MPS Meeting 2025 Poster Presentations


Poster Board Submission Instructions 2025

For the 2025 MPS Annual Meeting, Poster Boards will be printed and displayed for viewing and discussion during an alloted time frame. Poster authors must be present for this period to discuss their posters and answers questions.

The format will be the same for all posters (Background, Methods, Results, Discussion, Tables/Images, References).

Submissions are now open.

Poster projects can be original research, quality improvement, or case presentation.

Submission Instructions:   

  1. Complete the Abstract Submission Form below by Monday, September 1, 2025.
  2. You will recieve a confirmation of your abstract acceptance by Monday, September 15, 2025.
  3. Submit your finalized poster by Friday, October 10, 2025.
  4. Presenting author MUST be registered to attend the MPS Annual Meeting and use the provided format below.

Finalized Poster Format:

  • Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slide format
  • Dimensions: 55 in x 27.5 in

Example Poster:

The Poster Judging Committee will select the winning posters and will utilize the following criteria:

  1. Importance of study/project/intervention
  2. Sound methodology and appropriate statistical analysis, if applicable
  3. Impact and applicability to the field of pain
  4. Contribution to the field (novel ideas or methods, unique approach, overall quality of findings)

Competition Awards:  Winning posters (1st -3rd place) will be announced by the end of Saturday’s sessions.  All 3 posters will be listed in the MPS Bulletin Newsletter and the winning poster abstract will be published.
